Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

The short version

We only collect what you send us, what we need to run your website, and what businesses already publish online.
We don't sell your information, and our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Email us anytime to see, fix or delete your information.

Brew Builds Webs builds websites for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we get whatever you include, like your name, business name, phone number, email, city and message.
Client information. If you become a client, we keep your contact details, business details and the content for your website.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
Nominations. If you nominate a business, we keep what you tell us about it, plus your contact details, so we can build that business a free preview and get in touch with them. We only tell the business that you nominated them if you ticked the box.
Public business information. To build free previews, we use information businesses publish online, such as Google listings, hours, phone numbers and reviews.

To reply to you and provide our services.
To build, host and maintain your website.
To send invoices and receipts.
To tell businesses about our services. Every sales email includes an easy way to opt out, and we stop emailing anyone who asks.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, like IP addresses, to keep the site secure.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash, and preview sites may show a Google Map. Those services may collect technical information under their own privacy policies.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, and as long as tax and business records require.

Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
If we built a free preview for your business and you'd like it taken down, email us and we'll remove it.

Our services are for businesses. Our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
