Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
The short version
- Free previews are free. If you don't want yours, we take it down.
- You pay a one-time setup fee for your plan, then $20/month for hosting and care. No long-term contract.
- You own your domain and your content, and you can take your site with you if you leave.
These terms explain how Brew Builds Webs (“we,” “us”) builds and runs websites for your business (“you”). They're written to be easy to read. By paying for a plan or asking us to launch your site, you agree to them.
1. Free previews
- We may build a free preview website for your business using information you've made public, such as your Google listing, hours and reviews.
- A preview is a concept. It's labeled as a preview, hidden from search engines, and not connected to your Google listing.
- You don't owe anything for a preview. If you don't want it, tell us and we'll take it down.
- If any detail on a preview is wrong, tell us and we'll fix or remove it.
2. Plans and prices
- Starter is $499, Business is $999 and Custom is $1,999, each paid once. What each plan includes is listed on our website when you sign up.
- Every plan also includes a care plan at $20 per month for hosting, your domain name, the security certificate, backups and small edits.
- Prices for new customers may change. If we ever change your care plan price, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Referral reward: if you refer a business that starts a care plan with us, you each get one month of care free. There's no limit.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- The one-time setup fee is due before your site goes live on your domain.
- The care plan is billed monthly in advance, starting the month your site goes live.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't fixed within 14 days, we may pause your site until it is.
4. Building and launching your site
- We aim to launch within about 48 hours after you approve your preview and send what we need, such as access to your domain and any photos. That's a goal, not a guarantee.
- You'll review your site and can ask for changes before it goes live.
- Your site includes a small “Website by Brew Builds Webs” link at the bottom. If you'd rather not have it, tell us and we'll remove it.
5. Small edits and bigger changes
- Your care plan covers small edits, like updating hours, prices, phone numbers, text or photos. Most are done within 2 business days.
- Bigger changes, like new pages, a redesign or new features, aren't small edits. We'll quote them upfront, and nothing is billed without your OK.
6. Your content and information
- You're responsible for the content you give us, like text, photos, logos, prices and hours, and for having the right to use it.
- You give us permission to use that content to build, host and show your site.
- We may use stock photos that are licensed for commercial use.
- Please check the facts on your site. We build from the information you and your public listings provide.
7. Who owns what
- You own your domain name and your business content.
- If you don't already have a domain, we'll register one for you in your business's name and renew it while you're on the care plan.
- Once your setup fee is paid, you can keep using the website we built for your business, even if you leave us. We keep ownership of our general tools and templates, which we reuse for other clients.
- If you cancel, we'll send you your site files, and we'll point your domain to a new host or transfer it to you, whichever you prefer.
8. Cancelling
- There's no long-term contract. Cancel your care plan anytime by emailing [email protected].
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
- The setup fee isn't refundable once your site is live.
- After your last paid month, we stop hosting your site, so let us know where to send your files or point your domain before then.
9. What we can't promise
- We don't guarantee search rankings, calls or sales.
- We rely on services like Cloudflare, Stripe and Google. We aren't responsible for their outages or changes, but we'll help you work around them.
- We work to keep your site fast, secure and online, but we can't promise it will never go down. Your site is provided “as is.”
10. Limits on liability
- As far as the law allows, our total liability for anything related to these terms or your site is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem happened.
- We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits.
11. Your responsibilities
- Don't ask us to publish anything illegal, misleading, or that uses someone else's work without permission.
- If someone makes a claim against us because of content you provided, you agree to cover the cost of that claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and we'll email active clients about any important change.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
